Okay for transit

As a transit campsite, it's good. However, the nearby highway is already quite loud. There is a bus from the campsite to the station on weekdays; on weekends and holidays, you can reach the station on foot in about 40 minutes. The campsite manager was nice and provided good tips. Using the euro for showers is a bit cumbersome. I usually don't shower for four minutes, which is why I find it a bit expensive. It would be nice if each person received some sort of shower token per night; those who want to shower more just have to pay the extra charge. Super location for a day trip to Dachau. Many shopping options nearby.

Highway Disturbance, Picky Billing

B.
The campsite would be nice if - the highway didn't dominate the noise environment - cash payment was not the only option - not every guest who briefly stopped by to go to the restaurant would be charged at checkout - the restaurant hadn't closed before the end of the season without any prior notice We will not return.

Small Site

We were only there for one night. The pitches are quite well planned. It's not really quiet since there's a flight path to the airport. At night, someone nearby started working (grinding or sawing or excavating around 10 PM to 3 AM), which wasn't very nice. The connection to Munich is given.

Small campsite directly by the lake
Very good8

We were greeted warmly and guided to our pitch. Although the plot was quite small, it had everything we needed. The sanitary facilities were also good. We would come back when the lake has swimming temperatures 😉

A small, nice campsite, pitches are a bit smaller, sufficient for us. Sanitary facilities very clean and in good condition. It is easy to get to Munich city center with the S3.

The reception was very friendly. The sites are okay. Sanitary facilities were very good and clean. The site has a restaurant with good cuisine. Very pleasant for a stopover. In the long run, the proximity to the highway would be disturbing.

I cannot recommend this campsite

I was only there for 2 days (one overnight stay). 1. They haven't heard anything about data protection there yet. I had to surrender my ID card. A copy was then made, and even that is actually only permitted with consent! 2. The afternoon was anything but quiet - the nearby highway can be heard constantly and is incredibly annoying; on top of that, a lawnmower drove around among the caravans all afternoon. Ear-splitting noise! In the morning, we were also disturbed by noise from airplanes, and we left this site. 3. I find it outdated to pay extra for water (showers).

Beautifully maintained place

I stayed at the site from August 2017 to March 2018. The site is well-maintained and beautifully located by the lake where you can also swim. Unfortunately, the site is right next to the highway... you can hear it, of course... but you quickly get used to it; I had imagined it worse. The sanitary facilities are new and very clean. Showers cost 50 cents in the family shower 1€, but we gladly paid it; this way, water is used more sparingly and it was always sufficient. Dishwashing facilities, washing machine, and dryer are available. The family that owns the site is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back...
