A beautifully located campsite directly on the Wied, surrounded by plenty of greenery and tranquility. Direct starting point for beautiful cycling and hiking tours, such as the Wiedtal Cycle Path. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the site is well-maintained, and the sanitary facilities are clean and in sufficient quantity. On the camper field, you are always in the first row by the Wied, and there is plenty of space. The town center of Waldbreitbach with cafes, bakeries, restaurants, culture, and a supermarket is quickly reachable on foot, and the Wied promenade with beer gardens and a boat rental that started after Corona begins just behind the campsite. There is a pool on the site, and an outdoor and indoor pool in the nearby town of Hausen (2km). We felt very comfortable and would love to come back :-)
