Unfortunately, this totally overpriced place I cannot recommend. The place is very idyllic in the greenery, but the price-quality ratio is unfortunately far from any reality. We will not come back again. 4.5 € for three rolls, 9.50 per day for electricity, 85,– € per day paid 😱 sorry, but it just wasn't worth it. For that amount, I've got somewhere else a pool with wellness, children's animation, and several restaurants, and here there was just nothing except for the Hallstätter Lake.

I was there with my dog four weeks ago, the site is very beautifully located and the surroundings are simply dreamy. Unfortunately, my stay was greatly spoiled by the owner of the site, the prices are very steep, for example, electricity costs 14 euros for a day, in words fourteen euros, I wonder what electrical devices I could have with me to justify this amount. The site is divided by rusty chains, be careful at night you can't see them, the site is locked at night, so the rusty barrier is locked with a padlock. This will be opened in the morning at 9:00 AM and not earlier, not even if you ask kindly, the answer you get is 'I don’t see why I should get up so early just because you have a long journey ahead.' My urgent recommendation for all campers, avoid this otherwise very nice site, you will only be ripped off.

We would have liked to spend a night in the very idyllic and peacefully located site (prices are very sporty!), but the owner confronted us very rudely from the side while we were parking in the plot (I accidentally drove onto the adjacent plot, and its wet meadow got slight scratches), so we decided to leave the camp immediately. Really a very unfriendly behavior over a trivial matter.

A little paradise in a dream location right by the lake in a quiet spot under the trees. The nicest campsite I have ever seen. Considering that for two people, 9.40€ must be paid by the operator for tourist tax and environmental fee, the price of 21,- € for a motorhome is absolutely reasonable. We found the operator and staff to be friendly and accommodating in every respect. This was definitely not our last stay here. Highly recommended!!!

We were here in Sept. 2020, yet I would still like to leave my comment about the place. The beautifully located site initially seems unique and special. However, one quickly gets thoroughly annoyed by the wellness and "Manufactum" theatrics. In the background, Leonard Cohen plays while the gentlemen celebrate their lifestyle. While I waited a long time for my (reheated) rolls, I witnessed how the lady of the house prepared a modestly completely overpriced breakfast for a guest. The sanitary facilities are very modest given the standards one sets for themselves. Chains hang everywhere at the site, and there are prohibitions. The owner strongly reminds me of the character of Circus Director Garibaldi in Thomas Bernhard's magnificent play "The Power of Habit." The circus wagons that can be rented at an inflated price fit this description splendidly. However, it becomes truly troublesome and possibly dangerous with the power supply. It consists of interconnected cable reels covered with plastic bags. For this, if I remember correctly, you pay 5 euros per day. That is absolutely outrageous. It might also be interesting to check the entire setup for safety.

Beautifully located by the lake, a romantic, family-friendly campsite. Few motorhomes, more tent camping space. Sanitary facilities are older, but usually clean (cleaning once daily). The site is very expensive, in August 180€ for 3 nights (2 adults, 1 child, dog, motorhome). Showers cost an extra 0.50€. There isn’t a single trash can anywhere on the entire site, not even in the washing area or the sanitary area (except in the restroom). The chemical toilet disposal is somewhat peculiar: next to the washing area stands an old brick fountain, into which you pour the cassette and rinse with a hose.
