Relaxed Vibes, Camping Like in the Old Days
Good: Petting zoo, extremely relaxed operators, small shop, rustic flair. As relaxed as hardly any other place, seclusion is a big plus of this place and if someone needs shopping, they can just go shopping beforehand or need to go to the east side of the island, where there is more hustle and bustl… More

Great Stay
Small place in an unbeatable location. Reception very friendly and helpful. Freshly smoked fish, sensational. Five minutes to the ferry and the restaurant. Unfortunately, the one in the square is closed. Sanitary facilities are basic but clean. Shower time is a maximum of four minutes, way too long.… More

Great and family-friendly campsite
As already described by others, a family-friendly, natural, and cozy campsite. If you want to have a party every evening, this is not the place for you; it is calm and laid-back in a North German way. The pitches are large and very affordable compared to Rügen. The staff is friendly, child-loving, a… More

Beautiful Exception
The site is really a very good mix of everything that is generally considered good. We are from the region and have seen quite a bit here with us. This one is really nice. Not too small, not too big, affordable, in a very good location, direct access to Hiddensee, clean, friendly, and somehow famili… More

Great Camping Vacation, Even in Not So Nice Weather

There is a great restaurant on the campsite and occasionally fresh caught fish. The surroundings and the isl… More

The Bodden is not suitable for swimming and is full of eelgrass for a long stretch. Staff at the reception very unfriendly. In general, the place is no longe… More

Beautiful natural campsite
Beautiful quiet campsite. Clean toilets and washrooms. The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. Well-frequented restaurant, so it's worth reserving a table in advance. No rolls without pre-ordering. Staff are always friendly. Children and dogs are welcome. However - although advertis… More
