We used this place for an overnight stop and found it okay. Booking and check-in went smoothly. We were greeted warmly and allowed to choose a spot with electricity and water on the grass. We could even stay hooked up. Top! The sanitary facilities are outdated but always clean. There's a large playg

First of all: We would never come back! Restaurant is great. Places above the barrier are okay. Roll service is good. The washrooms are not only outdated but are also URGENTLY in need of renovation. Water was leaking from the toilets, making it always wet and consequently also always dirty. Show

I do not understand the 4 stars. The place is indeed nice, but our group was located in a remote area with a gravel surface. For Wi-Fi, you pay 11 euros for 4 days, even though I couldn't access the internet on our pitch and had no Wi-Fi connection. The sanitary facilities, although somewhat clean,

We spent a total of 5 days with our caravan at the site. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning. The welcome was very nice. On the first evening we went out to eat and that was great too. I had read all the negative reviews about the somewhat outdated sanitary facilities. Of course, they a

A very beautiful, quiet, and well-kept site with plenty of greenery between the individual parking areas. Clean sanitary facilities and very friendly operators. We will definitely visit again for a longer stay.

The site is very nice and clean, natural swimming pond, restaurant, beautiful playground. Only the washrooms are from the 50s, the showers are very cramped, the wash cubicles have no mirrors and no sockets, toilets are old and cramped, not accessible for the disabled. Renovation is urgently needed.

A quiet spacious campsite with very nice operators. Beautiful facility with a great swimming pond. In the morning, the baker's van arrives, and if you need anything, there's a grocery store in the next town. We liked it so much that we just booked again.

A very nice place for children, great playground and space to let off steam. Unfortunately, the restroom facilities are quite dated. Renovation highly recommended. Nice operators, good food! Early roll service for the holidays, but there is a great smile in the village!

Camping Am Mühlenteich welcomes its guests in an idyllic location surrounded by woods and green meadows. The pitches blend in wonderfully with their natural surroundings. Both older and younger guests will get their money's worth on the spacious campsite.
Camping Am Mühlenteich not only enchants its guests with its fantastic location with views over the Hunsrück heights, but also offers plenty of variety. The campsite offers a varied programme for young and old at any time of year. Here you can practise archery or take part in a beach volleyball tournament, and foam parties are also organised. Those who prefer to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life can relax on the sunbathing lawn right next to the natural pond.
If the weather doesn't play ball and the outdoor playgrounds, football pitches and volleyball courts can't be used, you can let off steam in the campsite's own indoor playground. There is also a cinema and a library so that the time until the next sunshine passes quickly. The pub with beer garden and the barbecue hut invite you to socialise. An additional highlight is the Regiomat, which offers a wide range of regional products.
Camping Am Mühlenteich is an excellent starting point for a visit to the Geierlay suspension rope bridge. This is only 15 minutes by car from the campsite in the Mörsdorfer Bachtal valley. With a length of 360 m and a height of 200 m, it is one of the longest suspension rope bridges in Europe and is definitely a holiday highlight.
