We arrived relatively late and were greeted warmly. Despite the kitchen already being cleaned up, we were still served an excellent meal. The site is beautifully laid out. Pitch/Rental accommodation: We were on a lawn with 2 people

A wonderful campsite with very friendly staff. The hostess is originally Dutch, which makes communication even easier, despite my good command of the German language. The campsite offers large pitches and is located in a wonderfully quiet area. There are plenty of sanitary facilities and no hassle with tokens! There are cycling routes nearby which we happily took advantage of. Finally, the delicious food with beer and wine made it all the more enjoyable. Its location near the A61 motorway is also perfect for traveling to and from holiday destinations in the south. Highly recommended!

The pitches are of a good size. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The campsite is well located. Very friendly reception with good gastronomy. Many leisure activities with a beautiful natural pool Standplatz/Mietunterkunft: Actually everything. Since we traveled with a dog, the direct location by the forest was very advantageous for walks.
We were completely satisfied Standplatz/Mietunterkunft: Wi-Fi should be included in the price. The additional charge wasn't that appealing to us.

We were warmly welcomed for a one-night stay at this campsite. We were able to leave our caravan hitched to the car, and there were clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities conveniently located near the camping spots. We enjoyed our meals in the beer garden, and they even took my gluten allergy into careful consideration. We will definitely come back here. Campsite/Accommodation: Both the camping spot and the facilities looked neat and well-kept.

Pleasant, spacious, and quiet campsite with generous pitches, friendly staff, and clean sanitary facilities. There are plenty of play areas for kids. A nice, simple restaurant.
The pool could be better: cleaner and heated. The current pool is quite cold. For hot weather (30+), that's fine, but at 25 degrees, it's too cold, especially since that's a temperature that children would love to swim in.

Gastronomic offers
Camping Am Mühlenteich welcomes its guests in an idyllic location surrounded by woods and green meadows. The pitches blend in wonderfully with their natural surroundings. Both older and younger guests will get their money's worth on the spacious campsite.
Camping Am Mühlenteich not only enchants its guests with its fantastic location with views over the Hunsrück heights, but also offers plenty of variety. The campsite offers a varied programme for young and old at any time of year. Here you can practise archery or take part in a beach volleyball tournament, and foam parties are also organised. Those who prefer to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life can relax on the sunbathing lawn right next to the natural pond.
If the weather doesn't play ball and the outdoor playgrounds, football pitches and volleyball courts can't be used, you can let off steam in the campsite's own indoor playground. There is also a cinema and a library so that the time until the next sunshine passes quickly. The pub with beer garden and the barbecue hut invite you to socialise. An additional highlight is the Regiomat, which offers a wide range of regional products.
Camping Am Mühlenteich is an excellent starting point for a visit to the Geierlay suspension rope bridge. This is only 15 minutes by car from the campsite in the Mörsdorfer Bachtal valley. With a length of 360 m and a height of 200 m, it is one of the longest suspension rope bridges in Europe and is definitely a holiday highlight.
