A wonderful place for nature enthusiasts. We enjoyed the height of summer at the natural swimming lake, which was never overcrowded due to the manageable number of tourist spots. A warm family-run business with various offerings for families and older people, close to nature and without the fuss, yet it never lets boredom arise. Good dining with local and organic products, homemade pastries, and their own lamb specialties also available for takeout. Large, partly shaded camping spots and new, very clean sanitary facilities, maintained with biodegradable cleaning agents. An ideal place for dogs, with shady walking paths all around. There are many regular guests. We would love to come back.

A small but very nice campsite in Styria near Mühlen. The sanitary facilities were completely renewed in 2020. They are very clean. The site offers many attractions for young and old. The pitches are spaciously laid out. We love to go there just to relax.

Very friendly and helpful, pitches are not marked but always go from tree to tree. Not suitable for very large motorhomes (max. height clearance 3.25m, pitches approx. 8m long). Dreamy location, quiet by the lake, nice inn and many hiking opportunities. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.

We felt really happy here! The offerings ranged from guided hikes, fishing for our men, special children's activities with sheep wool to felt friendship bracelets, children's olympics, a visit to the herbalist Maria, where we prepared delicious flower pizza and meadow drinks, and also carved our walking sticks with names, table tennis and the two trampolines,... Oh yes! Feeding rabbits and goats : ) For breakfast, there was a great order list also with bottle milk and organic eggs! Homemade jams and honey from the village were available as well! Once we also got marinated lamb meat from the Wernig family farm. It tasted delicious on our grill with a special panorama of the evening swimming lake! In the evening, the children played robbers & gendarmes, and we could read and relax comfortably. The small inn offers delicious snacks, grill evenings, roast pork evenings, and an "ice cream cup day". If you collect the windmills on the ice cream cup - you get a free one after 10 pieces!!!! There are also tasty cakes! Once we took the hiking bus for the family tour. We were picked up in the morning at the campsite - the hike was guided by the hiking guide Maria and was very informative and fun. After a cozy stop, we were taken back to the campsite. I would particularly like to emphasize the warmth, cleanliness, and helpfulness. We will definitely come back!

We were with our 5-year-old twins in the beautiful Styria. The campsite is really romantic and is located directly by the bathing lake with a petting zoo and great playground for kids. The sanitary facilities are clean, the site is very well-maintained, and the small inn (Besenwirtschaft) of the campsite is very, very good. An ideal starting point for hiking or biking with the whole family.

...you have to experience it. I always love to come back to this family-run spot. Very nature-oriented and child-friendly. Great restroom facilities, nice little restaurant with dishes made from self-produced products.
