The place is perfectly located for a city visit or a beach holiday. Tram 9 goes directly to the city center and is about 200m from the place. The spacious clean sandy beach can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The staff is super friendly and the place is perfectly maintained and clean.

Initially hard to find due to extensive road construction, but then all the more enjoyable is the generously designed square - partly under pine trees. Due to the new street construction, there is currently a bus replacement service to the city center. The return taxi ride is very affordable.
