Campen am Damm

To start: Friendly reception and good gastronomy! Unfortunately, the space for non-permanent campers is just a parking lot on gravel / some grass with a power connection. No plots, and everyone parks as they like. Space for tables and chairs is already difficult depending on occupancy. Additionally, the area is quite uneven. Unfortunately, it's just a normal pitch of the mid-range with decent camping prices.

The campsite is beautifully located by the Sorpesee. Dogs are welcome here, and you can take a nice walk around the lake or in the forest. Right on the campsite, there is a small restaurant. The food was very delicious.

Showers quite new. Nice location. You don't hear much from the street. The shop doesn't have a big selection.

From the reception, groundskeeper, pedal boat rental, bread roll service, and restaurant (delicious): friendliness is a way of life here! The other permanent campers are just as warm. The toilets and showers are well-maintained and we have no complaints. We stayed for one night and would gladly return. A great getaway.

We were there briefly in January. The staff are super flexible and friendly. Camping with a dog was also no problem. From the pitches, there is a nice view of the lake. The washing house is modern and well-maintained, and the attached café is delicious and also invites for lunch.
