We rented one of the small cabins for 3 nights. 950 NOK per night + 20 NOK for 4 minutes of shower time. Unfortunately, we did not view the cabin before moving in and paying. The bunk beds are of different lengths. In one bunk bed, the mattresses are longer than the bed. There is no flat sleeping surface and it is only 190 cm long. The refrigerator seems to be from the junk. The door does not close properly and the unit operates - quite unsuccessfully - continuously. The ceiling lamp is connected with a chandelier clip, some insulating tape around it ... finished. The windows are completely rotten, hinges rusted. One ladder of the bunk bed is broken - risk of injury. In front of the house, there is a fairly large hole in the floorboards. A small child's foot can easily get stuck there. The sanitary facilities are dirty. In one shower, there is a bare light bulb hanging from the ceiling. If you're not careful, water from the ceiling shower splashes onto the wall with the light switch. In a second shower, water is dripping from the ceiling. This shower is filled with buckets and cleaning material. We are leaving after a sleepless night and trying to get the money back for the 2 additional booked nights. The local authorities should be informed about the catastrophic condition of the cabin and the sanitary facilities. The place is NOT recommended for people who want to book a cabin.

Quiet location, plenty of space, and clean sanitary facilities. Less busy than the other 'Lofoten' campsites.

The site is very nicely located away from the usual tourist routes in a small bay, with generous pitches for camper vans and caravans, huts in different categories. I had the smallest hut, which, in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and furnishings, was one of the nicest on this trip. Huts are equipped with a 2-burner stove, running water, a refrigerator, crockery for 4 people, and the necessary cooking utensils. The sanitary facilities were clean. The site is lovingly arranged, with small to large works of art made from rocks scattered across the area; here and there, you will find old fishing materials for decoration, such as an anchor, a large buoy, etc. There is a large room where you can definitely spend a nice evening with several people. Attached to the reception is a small cafe that serves coffee and cake, as well as light meals. Additionally, the site has a small boutique with local products. The whole site is perfect for exploring the Lofoten, as it is, in my opinion, ideally located in the middle, providing the peace you might desire after an exhausting day of hiking or other activities. I cannot understand the ADAC rating of 2 stars! I think 3-4 stars would be appropriate! From my perspective, this site is a hidden gem in the Lofoten!!! If I hadn't had a tight schedule, I would have liked to stay there for a few more days. Absolutely recommended!!!

The site is located quite off the beaten path at the 815 by the Rolvsfjord and greets you with a wide entrance and a large gate with a welcome greeting. The spaciousness continues in front of the reception with a large area for parking and an overall generous impression. The reception is very friendly and open to all questions. Only Wi-Fi does not have to be denied; there is a connection in the reception area, but '...sometimes it works... sometimes it doesn't...' This is confirmed later on as well. The pitches are unmarked, and you can choose one for yourself and can be quite generous with the placement. Power connections are available both as CEE and as normal plugs (depending on location). The sanitary facilities are not lavish with 3 showers and 3 toilets for each gender but are sufficient in practice. More importantly, the condition can be described as intact and clean. The showers cost 10 NOK. Notably, the very well-maintained outdoor area with small inconspicuous 'artworks'. The chemical toilets/WoMo disposal station is at the other end of the site, allowing for a little walk. The restaurant offers cakes, waffles, and small meals. The ADAC rating of 2 stars does not accurately classify the site. 3 stars would be appropriate, as this site holds an outstanding position in the Lofoten.
