The harbour town of Pula is an ideal excursion destination for campers interested in culture and history. Located just 10 km south of the campsite, Pula is particularly impressive with its ancient amphitheatre, which was built in the first century. Although not quite as old, the maritime museum in Pula is one of the oldest of its kind and is also very popular.
