It should have been our first stop in Scotland. We arrived at lunchtime and were - unusually for Scotland - very unfriendly told that check-in was only possible from 1:00 PM. We were not allowed to wait there either. Therefore, we decided on another campsite, which turned out to be a fortunate circumstance.

Small but nice campsite. We were welcomed and served very kindly. The sanitary facilities are not up to date but everything is clean and well maintained. We didn't hear much from the highway that could have bothered us. We will go back there because it was simple and straightforward.
