Bergen Camping Park

Very good connection via bus line S 300 to Bergen main bus station and from there to the Bergen attractions. The sanitary building is located along a relatively busy road outside the site. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets, each for ladies and gentlemen. The standard and cleanliness no longer meet today's minimum standards, even for a 2-3 star place. The place is heavily frequented by craftsmen who sleep in the many wooden huts and sometimes leave as early as 2 AM or come back late at night. There are 2 washbasins and a hot plate that are permanently occupied from early afternoon by people from the huts or wherever. The 2 washing machines and dryers run around the clock, as people either from outside or from the workers' huts constantly wash and dry mountains of laundry by the bagful. We will never return.

For an overnight stay, it's completely sufficient. Unfortunately, a bit of noise due to the direct road connection. From the reviews we read, we were expecting the worst. However, this was not the case. The owners were very helpful and the toilet/shower was clean, sure a bit little for the large space but we never had to wait.

Completely sufficient for one overnight stay. Too few showers for the entire site. Campsite above the site is very good. The grounds and sanitary facilities are in urgent need of renovation.

Small spot just a few minutes away from the main road. Electricity available. Sanitary house including showers is clean and easily accessible. Recommended as a place to stay just behind mountains.

The tent fields are small and neglected, the washroom is outdated and not clean. Furthermore, the kitchen and sanitary facilities are shared with strangers who do not stay overnight. The site is directly on a noisy street in an industrial area, where buses and trucks constantly pass by. Positive point: The connection to the city center is very good, a bus stop is nearby. Despite the rather cheap price, we will certainly not be camping there again.
