In the suburbs of Skopje, the Hotel Bellevue Camp awaits its guests with a friendly charm and an ideal location for exciting excursions through North Macedonia. The complex consists of several generously sized plots, has an outdoor children's playground and even has its own restaurant on site. The nearest shops and a snack bar are within walking distance, and it is just 8 km from the campsite to the centre of Skopje, where the Kamen Most stone arch bridge over the Vardar and the Kale fortress are the most famous landmarks. Several swimming pools can also be reached quickly by bike, and the nearest spa facilities are not far away either.
Conveniently located for transit travelers to Greece.

I visited the site for the first time in 2007. It was already rundown back then. Nothing changed even after an overnight stay in 2024: the electricity didn't work; the electrical installations are life-threatening. The sanitary facilities are unkempt. One can guess that this campground was once a nice establishment. But its good times are long gone. Apparently, no one from the neighboring hotel feels responsible - the campground is a disgrace for the Best Western chain to which the hotel belongs. The only silver lining is the neighboring hotel restaurant. Anyone who can should definitely avoid this place, especially since the prices are simply outrageous and completely disproportionate: around 40 euros for a site where hardly anything works. If there were a competition for the worst campground in Europe, this facility would have a good chance of being among the top places.

run-down, dirty sanitary facilities, noisy, at night young people came from outside, no enclosed area. and the absolute cheek. we had to pay 40€ on 03.05.24. Rip-off because there are no other accommodation options.

I can only agree with my predecessor. We were at this place many years ago. Back then everything was okay. Now everything has deteriorated and is partially neglected. Only the noise level from the very nearby highway has remained. The staff was friendly but seemed very disinterested. We were a total of 3 campers.

Toilet facilities dirty, fittings are missing in part, tiles broken, I refrained from showering to prevent injury. The staff of the associated hotel restaurant very unfriendly. A pity for this camping site that was certainly once beautiful.

We paid €31 per night for the camper, which is way too much. The sanitary facilities are old and dirty. The only positive point is the friendly employee in the restaurant.

Aug 2021: Campong is closed off, you can park and get a bungalow for toilet and electricity. These are simply filthy, even the cotton swabs of the previous user were still lying around.
