Campsite Completely Empty in Mid-July
We arrived at the site on July 13, 2022. The site seemed gloomy, a bit run-down, and completely empty. Apart from three motorhomes that appeared uninhabited, there was no one to be seen. The reception, supermarket, and restaurant had already closed by 7 PM. We then drove directly on.

The campsite is located in a very nice small forest. The staff is very friendly. The prices at the pool bar are good. Very good bungalow. New bed linen, towels, and dishes. Beautiful campsite on the beach
Batuca Village & Camping is located on Sicily's north coast, right by the sea. The pitches are located on a spacious plot of land, where old trees provide shade. They all have electricity and water connections as well as free Wi-Fi. Self-catering guests are welcome to hire fridges from reception. The small supermarket offers fruit, vegetables, fresh bread and other groceries. Gourmets can indulge themselves in the "Place Restaurant & Bar". Other catering options include a pizzeria and a bar. As the beautiful sand and pebble beach is only about 150 metres from the pitches, the sound of the sea can be heard everywhere. The gently sloping shore is also perfect for toddlers to splash around in. There is also a 20 metre long outdoor pool right on the campsite for refreshment. There is also a separate area for children. There is also a playground for the youngest guests. Beach volleyball and football pitches offer opportunities for sporting activities.
