Site
Grass-covered dune terrain, partly terraced, partly natural, stretching along the beach. Some of the pitches have shade from medium to tall trees.
Access to water
Approximately 300 m long and up to 15 m wide, gravelly sandy beach with a bathing jetty.
Special features on the campsite
In the immediate vicinity of the site, the four-day Samsø Festival takes place annually in the third week of July (including music events). During this time, the site may be occupied. Reservation of the ferry is then mandatory (campsite reservation not possible).

Simply amazing! Camping right by the sea! The sanitation building is regularly and thoroughly cleaned. The toilets are each in small private rooms with their own sinks, providing plenty of privacy. The showers are spacious, with a solid wall between the foyer and the shower. The petting zoo consists of five relaxed goats. There is an opportunity to play mini-golf and rent SUP equipment. There is a shop, a playground, and a covered seating area with a TV. The campsite concept: you pay upon arrival for the duration you want to stay at least, and choose a spot. This can make it tight when fully booked. People often walk right past your caravan when they want to go to the beach or the water station. However, you can freely extend your stay if you wish and are not in anyone's way. We had a very relaxing time. Would love to go back!
