Camping with family and dog

The staff is very friendly... The pitches were good, but the Polish campers were disrespectful, walking across the pitches without asking if it was okay. There was no privacy for the entire 14 days. Unfortunately, there was no small area for dogs to swim.

Once and never again

Very disappointing; I should have informed myself better beforehand. The sanitary facilities were in terrible condition: dirty, broken, old, and rundown. I wanted to take a shower, but the drain was clogged, causing dirt to come up and flood the whole sanitary building; I exited with wet feet and had to be careful not to slip. The toilets were also a complete disaster; it took me three attempts before I found one that was at least somewhat clean. At check-in, I received only a site plan with an arrow and the site number, and then it was sink or swim. Since all the paths are narrow, it's really tight and frustrating to navigate with a bus and caravan without knowing where to go. Long story short, never again....

Dogs unfriendly, aged, and completely overpriced

Very unkempt and old place, where the price-quality ratio does not match at all. Dogs are allowed and also have to be paid for dearly, but the dog is not allowed to go anywhere. We were here twice. The first and the last time.

Sanitary Facilities Old, Defective Dirty and Unhygienic

Essentially a beautiful place in the off-season! Unfortunately, here too, as with other campsites at Lake Balaton, the sanitary facilities are in a neglected state. They are only cleaned superficially with a lot of chlorine and dirty rags, toilets are loose, missing shower hoses, etc. I would not come here again!

Dirtiest campsite in all of Hungary

We have been here since 4.9.23. The swimming pool and shop have been closed for a long time... The sandy beach and slides are no longer available, just like the cleanliness in the sanitary facilities... Mold on the walls and loose toilet seats are just a small glimpse into the horror of daily shower experiences.. Cleaning ladies seem to lack motivation, but they have always been around. Various construction sites on the beach are just the icing on the cake after this vacation! Unfortunately, a zero-star rating is not possible!!!

Aged

The campsite is fundamentally not bad. The washrooms, with the exception of one newer one, have aged. From my perspective, the cleaning intervals could be a little shorter. Due to a current construction site for a new building right by the beach, one has to accept small detours and also construction noise. Of the advertised slide facility, only a single one works, the others are out of order. This was especially frustrating for the children. Out of 8 overnight stays, the pathway lighting was only on for one night. On the other nights, one had to light the way to the washhouse with a mobile phone. Even for using a foldable table tennis table, they wanted to charge fees. On weekends, you can listen to the music from the disco about 200 m away until 5 a.m. For us, that was reason enough to leave two days early, which was not a problem. The issues raised were kindly brushed off at the reception. Too bad!

Great Place
Very good8

We were lucky to have an unbooked spot in the front row for 4 days. The sanitation facilities are old but okay. Super well-signposted bike paths, dreamy for cyclists. Shopping options are within walking distance or reachable by bike. Highly recommended.

Too expensive

The location is very close to the city center and there are several supermarkets nearby. The sanitary facilities are outdated and not clean; for a price of 40 euros per night for two people, I expect clean and intact sanitary facilities.
