Badacsony Camping

The site is quite long with large lots. Everything is clean and tidy... Unfortunately, the beach section is only 30 meters long and in the summer it becomes very crowded... For those seeking peace, the site is not recommended in the summer as the mostly southern Europeans hardly abide by the nighttime quiet... In May and October, the site is already quite nice.... The water quality at this beach is typically murky for Balaton, but the 30 meter beach section is not as muddy as one would expect from other beach sections...

One wishes for a CP like this when you are two and looking for some peace. Sanitary facilities clean, sauna okay, and everyone is really super polite. A small bathing bay rounds everything off. Perfect.

A quiet, well-kept campsite. The operators are very polite and helpful. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The center is about a 10-minute walk away. Beautiful location. Vineyards are also accessible on foot with numerous dining options. We traveled with a dog and a child. Dogs are generally not allowed in the water at Lake Balaton, but they can go to the beach. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the numerous mosquitoes, but that's how it is in nature :)

We were there in the off-season. A very beautiful quiet place. Sanitary facilities were always top-notch. They also had a sauna, which unfortunately we could not use. The weather was simply too warm during the day. Nice little things included: - Waste bins near every campsite. - A small sanitary hut for the premium spots. Absolutely recommendable.

A good campsite. Sanitary facilities are clean. Cooking and washing room available as well as refrigerators and a microwave. For the people who are not too warm in summer, there is a sauna. There is a small grocery store for daily needs (cat litter, for example). Further shopping opportunities are about 500 meters away, as well as smaller restaurants at the harbor.
