Small and family-friendly campsite in a beautiful seaside location - ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and individualists. L-shaped gravel pitches, separated by young, low vegetation. Adjacent small boat harbor as well as orchards and green areas. By the sea there is a approximately 50 m long and 10 m wide concrete sunbathing area with steps into the water. The owner himself is at the grill to cater for the guests. When approaching, note: Narrow village streets, only suitable for vehicles up to 8 m in length.

We spent 2 weeks in the mobile home. The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Both the mobile home and the sanitary building for campers were very clean and barrier-free. After being here for the last two weeks of September, only a few pitches and mobile homes were occupied. About 1/3 of the pitches and mobile homes have an unbuilt sea view so far. The direct beach access was great. The beach consists of a narrow pebble beach and a paved promenade with several benches, where you could nicely observe the sunset in the evenings. The bathing cove sloped gently and was marked by a swimming line. As is usual in Croatia, the seabed mainly consisted of stones and rocks (swimming shoes or fins required!), enabling us to enjoy crystal clear water, and children could also go snorkeling for exploration. Next to the campsite, there is a small harbor and a beach bar. In the immediate vicinity (about 300m), there was a "Tante Emma Laden" (Bakmaz), where you could buy fresh rolls and bread, as well as everyday groceries. When we were here, it was open from Tuesday to Saturday mornings until 1pm; the campsite itself did not have a roll delivery service. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing holiday abode, where we are definitely not staying for the last time.

We left after 3 days, wanted to stay 10 days. No possibility to swim in front of the accommodation and in the whole bay. We checked everywhere, even in the water. You walk out for up to 500 meters and stand up to your thighs in the water. In the water, there are sharp, jagged stones, so you have to be very careful where you step. In some places, there are whole houses in the water, bricks, roof tiles (shards) and many glass shards. Even on the only 200m sandy beach. Now I know why we didn't see any yachts in the bay; they would run aground. In front of the campground, only concrete piers with jagged stones and no way to get into the water, unless you jump into the shallow water from the concrete wall and land in knee-deep water. You have to leave the same way back up the wall. It goes on endlessly; be careful swimming as you might scrape your belly on a stone and slice it open. Everything was wonderful in the accommodation, only the Wi-Fi was too slow, constantly dropping out. TV connection was only Croatian. We talked to the landlord about this at the departure (after 3 days) (poor communication, hardly any English or German), it didn't really interest him, and he charged for 10 days. NEVER AGAIN, something like this has NEVER happened to us in 30 years of Croatia. We tried everything, but found no swimming possibility on site. You have to get in the car and drive to another place to swim. ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR SWIMMING. We took our big inflatable boat out of the water immediately; it would have been ripped open by one of the sharp stones that are everywhere. DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE OVER 50. Great holiday.

The pet-friendly Autocamp Tabor is located just 200 metres from the nearest beach in the Croatian region of Dalmatia. Travellers with a boat can moor it in a nearby small harbour so that they can go on an excursion across the sea at any time.
Both pitches and rental accommodation are available to camping holidaymakers. Some pitches are located directly on the coast: the sound of the waves and an unobstructed panoramic view over the sea contribute to an enjoyable stay. The small village of Privlaka is only about two kilometres away and offers visitors shopping facilities and restaurants. With its numerous attractive sandy beaches, it is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Croatia. In a Mediterranean climate, with over 2,540 hours of sunshine a year, travellers can enjoy a relaxing time at the campsite with its many amenities. The little ones can let off steam to their heart's content in the children's playground. Holidays with dogs are made easy for travellers: There is an extra shower for four-legged friends at the site. There are also dishwashing and laundry facilities, a washing machine and 13 CEE sockets. There is also a gas bottle supply and WLAN is available for use. If you fancy a little trip out to sea and don't have your own watercraft, you can hire a boat from reception. Diving and snorkelling enthusiasts are recommended to take a tour to the Kornati National Park, which consists of around 150 small islands. A total of nine designated diving zones can be discovered - accompanied by the staff of an authorised sports centre, the colourful underwater world, including colourful soft corals and bright red gorgonians, can be discovered.
