We spent just over a week there at the beginning of June and the place left a very mixed impression. It is shaped by the mostly German guests, who have obviously been spending their vacations there for years/decades. Thus, it is mostly older people, hardly any children. This has the advantage that it gets very quiet around 9 PM, and the disadvantage that from around 6 AM it can get quite loud with the neighboring campers chatting, or noise from doing dishes, cleaning, or barking dogs being reprimanded. The campsite itself is old-fashioned, having almost the charm of the Yugoslav era. The sanitary facilities are clean due to the tireless efforts of the two service ladies, but they were probably last renovated before the turn of the millennium. It is advisable not to visit the ladies' toilets after midnight unless you enjoy companionship from cockroach-like insects, which we photographed. The food at the campsite's own restaurant is good and plentiful, but my wife had problems with diarrhea the next day. Unusually for southern regions, there is no warm kitchen after 8 PM. Here, you can feel the German influence, where dinner is to be taken at 5-6 PM. Daily, you are asked if you are interested in the dish of the day. If you decline once, you won't be asked again. There are no shopping opportunities at the campsite. The German-born owner and his family are friendly in a Northern German way and do their best, but we cannot share the enthusiasm of most other reviewers. Everything must be paid in cash. No card payments. A trickster would think that not all revenues are taxed here ;-) All in all, it's better to spend a few more euros and choose a place that doesn’t just have two stars, like here, but is modernly organized and equipped.

It is a very nice place. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. Great attention is paid to hygiene. We lacked nothing on our vacation; the price performance is completely fine for me. We will book there again. Thank you Holger and your team as well.

This campsite is located right by the sea and not far from the small village of Pakostane. The sanitary facilities are always kept tidy, no matter what time it is. Down in the restaurant, there are well-known German and new Croatian dishes. Every morning, the campsite manager comes by to inform guests about which special dish will be served in the evening, which is not found on the menu. The service in the restaurant is loving and not too hectic. We felt like we were on vacation right away. Especially since we could sit on the terrace for dinner during sunset with an unobstructed view of the absolutely beautiful sea. The campsite also offers mooring buoys and a shuttle service to your boat. The nearest town is about 500 meters away on foot. Along the way, there are small shops with fresh fruits and vegetables. This can also be purchased at the campsite every two days. Overall, this small campsite is the perfect place to unwind. Especially the owner, Holger, tries to make everything possible for you. Even the impossible things, he makes possible with his son Kai. We are already eagerly looking forward to next year.

In principle, it was okay. We were personally greeted by the groundskeeper and were assigned a good parking spot. The sanitary facilities were a bit older but clean. The beach was easy to reach and clean. What was not so nice was (1.) that our seat cushions were taken away from us at 11 PM, (2.) that you could only pay cash upon departure. And (3.) WARNING DANGER TO LIFE after a rain shower, the showers and sinks were electrified.

Very cozy, family-run campsite. The helpfulness of the owner and his team is exceptional. One of the few campsites in Croatia with always hot water in the showers. Cleanliness is also taken into account, the cleaning lady cleans the sanitary facilities several times a day. The small restaurant right above the pebble beach is also inexpensive and very good. Conclusion: A campsite where you feel like a guest no matter the season. We will definitely go back.
