Slightly sloping meadow with a terraced step, divided by groups of tall trees and some newly planted deciduous trees. Adjacent to the lake, road, and holiday resort.

About 500 m long shoreline. In the east, reed-covered shore strip with several access points and a sunbathing lawn, in the south several gravelly bathing coves and another, partly tree-covered sunbathing lawn.

Camping Modřín is beautifully situated by Lake Lipno. What we didn't like at all were the sanitary facilities, which are very outdated and, in our opinion, also too limited in quantity.
