The site has some nice plots, but the price/performance ratio is completely off. For the money, I also expect that the sanitary facilities are cleaned even in the low season, and that there is hot water for showers. Only 2 of the sanitary houses are open, but even those are not managed properly. The countless insects are in full control of the buildings and turn even a trip to the toilet into a nightmare. Also, the supposedly automatic license plate recognition seems not to function in the low season. In the afternoon, there were 2 employees at the reception and no one felt responsible for automatically opening the barrier. You had to go to the reception first before the barrier was opened. Payment was requested in advance. For us too, it's a lot of money and it does not allow us the option of an early departure.

Was there for 2 nights. NEVER AGAIN! With such miserable sanitary facilities, the place should be closed! Is the ADAC inspector blind? This place is not worth 2 stars!!!

Plus: -Location by the Balaton -Water clean and clear Minus: -Sanitary building neglected -Layout without privacy -Mold -Basically unacceptable! All other factors can actually be forgotten, due to the deplorable sanitary facilities. I can hardly imagine what it looks like there in the peak season! My criticism also goes towards ADAC, is this not seen there and why does this not have any consequences?

That it is crowded in the peak season is something you know of course, but here every inch is used. For the price, it felt way too cramped. For families with children, it is certainly quite good, as a lot of entertainment is also offered. For us, it was too much of a good thing. Sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly but quickly become dirty with the crowds.

What is good: The campsite has a good location and the spots are fine as long as you like mice as big as hamsters. What is very bad: The sanitary facilities are so run down and dirty that it just makes you feel disgusted. At these prices, the sanitary facilities could definitely be renewed.

We were at this campsite for the first time in August 2023 during the main season. Despite being fully booked, we were very satisfied. Everything was clean, and the staff was always friendly. There is a small shop directly on the premises. Furthermore, the campsite has a pool for the children. Several times a day, entertainers organized games with the kids. The location is, as we believe, perfect for a campsite. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We would love to return :)

I was at the campsite for 1 week. You can clearly tell that no one is prepared for seasonal holidaymakers here. It starts with the very sparse presence at the reception. No electricity connection was offered at my large comfort pitch, and there was no wastewater outlet either. The rapidly growing grass could be mowed. The sanitary facilities are very outdated. The positive rating is a clear misjudgment. The note that the sanitary facilities have been under renovation since 2022 was simply taken down again; in the washing room, there was no hot water for 2 days. Craftsmen set up a sales booth with construction noise for several days (even on weekends). The ACB shop is very poorly equipped, no currency exchange at the site, only in Siofok. How the ADAC can support this rating is simply incomprehensible! The same rating was given to a large site on the north shore. There are worlds in between! For me, the recommendation of the site was a misjudgment. It's simply about the principle of having competent assistance in decision-making. Other portals send testers to the locations. Coincidentally, I met testers from a Dutch portal at the campsite in Balatonfüred. Their assessment can obviously be relied upon.
