Amazonascamp

Beautiful place, super nice and helpful operator, new sanitary facilities, communal kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and four hot plates, kettle and everything imaginable. EDEKA 5 minutes on foot. We arrived in bad weather on a multi-day paddle tour in March at Loitz and found refuge at the Camping Amazonascamp. We received a wagon for our luggage, offered a boat trolley, barrel hut with heating, everything perfect.

The owners are super nice, but that's not enough for a great review when I go to a campsite specifically for the disposal of an RV and pay 26 euros. The toilet cannot be emptied on site; the gray water needs to be poured into a bowl under the RV and then emptied into the drain, sorry that's just not acceptable. The washing machine is private property and could be used upon request. No dryer available. In front of the gate, I am directly by the Peene, in an urban parking spot and I pay 11 euros for everything. Caution, there is also a problem with gray water disposal here.

I visited the site with my camper van. The reception by Chris was very warm. The sanitary facilities were clean, bright, and friendly. The utility room had everything one could wish for. You can use everything from pots to dishes and hot plates. What I find particularly excellent is that all the services were included in the price. The location of the site directly by the water is just as appealing as the friendly atmosphere. I will definitely come back.
