Extremely expensive for tent campers (about 25 Euros per night) and unsuitable. You pay almost the same price as for a motorhome. A new campsite designed for motorhomes. When it rains, you get wet feet even between the toilets and the kitchen/common room. New but everything is not well thought out.

Well-maintained, new site at the Rila Mountains. Clean sanitary facilities. Thermal bath right next door. Staff super friendly and helpful. The last 100m of the access road in June 23 was very rutted and could be a bit difficult for larger vehicles (or vehicles with low ground clearance). The tree population is currently very young, therefore there is still little shade. Character of the site: many paved (gravel) pitches, separated by smaller grass areas. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather; otherwise we would probably have stayed a few days longer at this site on our way to Greece.

Beautiful, very new and engagingly designed place. A bit off the beaten track, but it was worth it. Currently, the access still goes through an old riverbed, which requires caution and skill depending on the vehicle. However, this is to be changed soon. Will be noted for future trips 😉
